Refund Policy

At Dashaina & Co., we strive to offer the best possible service to our clients. Please read the following Refund Policy carefully, as it outlines the terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling.

1. No Refunds

Due to the nature of our coaching services, no refunds will be provided once a session or package has been purchased. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Rescheduling Sessions

If you need to reschedule a session, we are happy to accommodate one reschedule per session under the following conditions:

  • Monthly Packages: You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Single Sessions: You must cancel or reschedule at least 30 minutes before the scheduled session.

3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made after the above time limits will result in the full session fee being charged. If you fail to show up for your session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeit.

4. Disconnected Calls

In the event of a disconnection during a session, I will wait for up to 15 minutes for reconnection. After 15 minutes, the session time will be considered forfeit and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

5. Personal Emergency Cancellations

If I have to cancel a session due to personal emergency, I will reschedule the session and offer the remaining minutes in a future session at no additional charge.

6. No Rollovers

Minutes from individual sessions or packages do not roll over to future sessions. All sessions must be used within the designated timeframe of the package.

7. Right of Refusal

I reserve the right to refuse coaching services to any client at any time. This may include situations where I feel the coaching process is not beneficial for the client or if the client fails to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined here.
